Art Vault Takaka showcases and supports new initiatives that reflect the diversity of our community. We support local emerging and established artists through mentoring, dedicated solo and group exhibition opportunities and inclusive membership. The Art Vault Takaka supports culturally significant and underrepresented artists, artforms and groups, including weaving (textile/fibre), Ngā toi artists, youth artists, experimental artforms and craft/ object-based art. We also contribute to sustainability in the arts by offering a platform for artists to receive recognition and financial renumeration offering low commission on sales.
